change working hours per week by week

How can I use "Change Work Hours" on a week by week basis, instead of having
the entire calendar default to the last change.
Ex - Week 1 is 5x8 = 40 hrs
Week 2 is 5x12 = 60 hrs
Week 3 is 5x10 = 50 hrs.
